Meet Chris Trainotti
Chris combines real estate experience, construction knowledge, remodeling insight, and hands-on coordination to help families understand their options and move forward with confidence.

In Chris's own words
"I've spent my career working with homes from every angle — as a real estate professional, investor, remodeler, and problem solver. But the most meaningful part of my work is helping people through situations that feel overwhelming."
Most of the families I work with didn't plan to be doing this. A parent has moved into care. A loved one has passed. They've inherited a property, or become a trustee, or been handed responsibility for a home that needs more attention than they know how to manage — often from a different state.
My job isn't to push one predetermined solution. It's to walk through the home with you, listen to what your family needs, and lay out the real choices. Then, if you want me to, I coordinate everything that has to happen next — so you don't have to become a general contractor on top of everything else.
Why Chris is different
Years of hands-on remodeling and construction experience mean Chris can see what a home actually needs — and what it doesn't.
As a working real estate professional, Chris manages pricing, marketing, negotiation, escrow, and closing with a steady hand.
Sell as-is. Clean out and refresh. Full remodel. Sometimes an ADU or reconfiguration. Chris lays out every realistic path.
Contractors, clean-out crews, donations, estate-sale resources, staging, photography, escrow — one point of contact for all of it.
No jargon, no pressure. Regular updates, honest recommendations, and clear next steps — especially for out-of-state families.
Many clients arrive overwhelmed or grieving. Chris moves at their pace and often becomes a lasting friend of the family.
More than a real estate agent
He can evaluate the home, organize a plan, coordinate belongings and clean-out, oversee worthwhile repairs, prepare the property for market, and then manage the sale and closing — as one continuous process, with one person you can call.
Property experience
Chris has worked on properties across Southern California in nearly every state of readiness — from move-in ready to homes that hadn't been touched in decades.
"Every property has options. The right recommendation depends on the family's goals, budget, timeline, and the property itself."
How Chris approaches each situation
Understand the family, the timeline, and what matters most.
See the home in person to evaluate condition and potential.
Lay out every honest option — with the trade-offs.

One person managing every specialist and vendor.
Regular check-ins so nothing feels uncertain.
See it through to closing — and beyond.
